Prv\u00e9 formy v\u00fd\u0161ivky vznikali jednoduch\u00fdmi ale aj zlo\u017eitej\u0161\u00edmi spojovac\u00edmi stehmi, ktor\u00e9 sp\u00e1jali jednotliv\u00e9 \u010dasti odevu, tie\u017e sa obrubovali a&nbsp;spev\u0148ovali jeho okraje. Na vo\u013en\u00fdch ploch\u00e1ch odevu mala v\u00fd\u0161ivka dekorat\u00edvnu \u00falohu. V&nbsp;r\u00f4znych oblastiach Slovenska sa v\u00fd\u0161ivky uplat\u0148ovali r\u00f4zne. V&nbsp;niektor\u00fdch menej ekonomicky rozvinut\u00fdch oblastiach sa vy\u0161\u00edvalo m\u00e1lo (Kysuce, Orava)(Chlupov\u00e1 1985, s.7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdvoj \u013eudovej v\u00fd\u0161ivky vyvrcholil v&nbsp;druhej polovici 19. storo\u010dia a&nbsp;na za\u010diatku 20. storo\u010dia. Technologick\u00e1 a&nbsp;ornament\u00e1lna str\u00e1nka sa najviac rozvinula na z\u00e1padnom Slovensku (okolie Bratislavy, Trnavy, Pie\u0161\u0165an). R\u00fdchlo sa uplatnili tov\u00e1rensk\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, ktor\u00e9 pomohli vzniku bohatej a&nbsp;n\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161ej v\u00fd\u0161ivky, dominovala tu predov\u0161etk\u00fdm v\u00fd\u0161ivka pod\u013ea predkreslen\u00e9ho vzoru (Chlupov\u00e1 1985, s.7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednoduch\u00e9 techniky vy\u0161\u00edvania, napr\u00edklad pod\u013ea po\u010d\u00edtan\u00fdch nit\u00ed, ovl\u00e1dali takmer v\u0161etky \u017eeny a diev\u010dat\u00e1 v&nbsp;dedine. V\u00fd\u0161ivka pod\u013ea predkreslen\u00e9ho vzoru v\u0161ak vy\u017eadovala v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu presnos\u0165, zru\u010dnos\u0165 a&nbsp;kresliarsky talent. Jednotliv\u00e9 \u00fakony sa rozde\u013eovali medzi viacero tvorcov. Kresliarky (vypisova\u010dky) predkres\u013eovali vzory na l\u00e1tku, vy\u0161\u00edva\u010dky ovl\u00e1dali zlo\u017eitej\u0161ie techniky (dierky, gatry, aplik\u00e1cie na tyle, v\u00fd\u0161ivku na kart\u00f3n, \u017eilinsk\u00fd v\u00fdrez). Pre zru\u010dn\u00e9 \u017eeny sa tak v\u00fd\u0161ivka stala zdrojom z\u00e1robku. Postupne sa z&nbsp;nich stali uzn\u00e1van\u00e9 \u013eudov\u00e9 umelkyne. Ich z\u00e1sluhou sa roz\u0161irovali p\u00f4vodn\u00e9 vzory o&nbsp;nov\u00e9 vari\u00e1cie, av\u0161ak v\u017edy v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci oblastn\u00fdch z\u00e1sad (Chlupov\u00e1 1985, s.7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vy\u0161\u00edvali sa tie \u010dasti odevu, ktor\u00e9 neboli zakryt\u00e9 inou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou. V\u00fd\u0161ivky sa pou\u017e\u00edvali len na sviato\u010dn\u00e9 a&nbsp;obradov\u00e9 odevy. Bohat\u0161ie vrstvy obyvate\u013estva kl\u00e1dli vy\u0161\u0161ie n\u00e1roky na ozdoby odevu, preto sa pre nich vy\u0161\u00edvalo hodv\u00e1bnymi priadzami na jemn\u00fd podklad. Taktie\u017e zlat\u00fdmi a&nbsp;strieborn\u00fdmi kovov\u00fdmi ni\u0165ami sa vy\u0161\u00edvali iba sviato\u010dn\u00e9,&nbsp;obradov\u00e9 a liturgick\u00e9 odevy (Chlupov\u00e1 1985, s.10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;druhej polovici 19. storo\u010dia sa o&nbsp;v\u00fd\u0161ivku zauj\u00edmali pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edci slovenskej inteligencie, ich z\u00e1sluhou sa zachovalo mno\u017estvo hodnotn\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0161iviek a dokumentov o&nbsp;nich. V\u00fdznamnou udalos\u0165ou, ktor\u00fa mnoh\u00ed pova\u017euj\u00fa za historick\u00fd medzn\u00edk v&nbsp;dejin\u00e1ch slovensk\u00e9ho n\u00e1rodopisu, bola v\u00fdstava v\u00fd\u0161iviek a&nbsp;\u013eudov\u00e9ho v\u00fdtvarn\u00e9ho prejavu v&nbsp;roku 1887 v&nbsp;dome V.Paulinyho-T\u00f3tha v&nbsp;Martine (Chlupov\u00e1 1985, s.8). Na jej organiz\u00e1cii a&nbsp;pr\u00edprave spolupracoval so spolkom \u017divena slovensk\u00fd etnograf, publicista, fotograf a&nbsp;maliar Pavol Soch\u00e1\u0148 (1862 \u2013 1941). Jeho zbierka bola hlavnou atrakciou v\u00fdstavy (Slivka 1985, s. 10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po v\u00fdstave v\u00fd\u0161iviek v&nbsp;Martine \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi ve\u013ek\u00fdm \u00faspechom bola \u00fa\u010das\u0165 slovenskej v\u00fd\u0161ivky na N\u00e1rodopisnej v\u00fdstave \u010deskoslovenskej v&nbsp;Prahe v&nbsp;roku 1895 (Chlupov\u00e1 1985, s.8).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pavol Soch\u00e1\u0148 zohral ve\u013emi v\u00fdznamnou \u00falohu v&nbsp;uchovan\u00ed a&nbsp;propag\u00e1cii \u013eudov\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0161iviek, \u010dipiek a krojov na Slovensku aj v&nbsp;zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Prirodzen\u00e9 organiz\u00e1torsk\u00e9 a obchodn\u00e9 schopnosti vyu\u017e\u00edval v&nbsp;ka\u017edej etape svojho \u017eivota. U\u017e ako mlad\u00fd \u0161tudent sa venoval zberate\u013eskej a n\u00e1rodopisnej pr\u00e1ci.&nbsp; V&nbsp;roku 1891 sa pres\u0165ahoval do Martina, vtedaj\u0161ieho centra n\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Tu sa dve desa\u0165ro\u010dia venoval \u010dinnostiam v&nbsp;oblasti fotografie, n\u00e1rodopisu, dramatickej spisby, redaktorskej, publicistickej i&nbsp;kult\u00farno-osvetovej pr\u00e1ce (Slivka 1985, s. 11).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po \u00faspechu s&nbsp;v\u00fdstavou v Martine a&nbsp;jasn\u00e9mu z\u00e1ujmu verejnosti o&nbsp;v\u00fd\u0161ivku a&nbsp;\u010dipku prijal P. Soch\u00e1\u0148&nbsp; funkciu organiza\u010dno-obchodn\u00e9ho sprostredkovate\u013ea medzi dedinsk\u00fdmi vy\u0161\u00edva\u010dkami a&nbsp;z\u00e1ujemcami o&nbsp;ich v\u00fdrobky. Slovensk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ivky a&nbsp;\u010dipky pon\u00fakal v&nbsp;m\u00f3dnych \u010dasopisoch a&nbsp;sal\u00f3noch vo viacer\u00fdch eur\u00f3pskych mest\u00e1ch. \u201e<em>Mor\u00e1lnu oporu nach\u00e1dzal v&nbsp;kruhu v\u00fdtvarn\u00edkov, ke\u010f sa na podnet Umeleckej besedy v&nbsp;roku 1888 ustanovil V\u00fdbor pre \u0161\u00edrenie n\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho vy\u0161\u00edvania<\/em>\u201c (Slivka 1985, s.16).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pavol Soch\u00e1\u0148 akt\u00edvne spolupracoval s&nbsp;Maticou slovenskou, pom\u00e1hal aj pri zrode Muze\u00e1lnej slovenskej spolo\u010dnosti v&nbsp;roku 1893. V&nbsp;roku 1912, z&nbsp;d\u00f4vodu politick\u00e9ho prenasledovania vl\u00e1dnucich kruhov a&nbsp;obvinenia z panslavizmu, opustil s rodinou Martin a&nbsp;pres\u0165ahoval sa do Prahy. Po vypuknut\u00ed Prvej svetovej vojny utiekol pred v\u00e4zen\u00edm do USA. Po osloboden\u00ed vlasti v&nbsp;roku 1919 sa vr\u00e1til na Slovensko a&nbsp;pokra\u010doval v&nbsp;organiz\u00e1torskej a&nbsp;redaktorskej \u010dinnosti (Slivka 1985, s.12).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;rokoch 1892 \u2013 1912 vydal Pavol Soch\u00e1\u0148 Slovensk\u00e9 n\u00e1rodn\u00e9 ornamenty, osem zv\u00e4zkov so 40 fotografiami, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa cenn\u00fdmi dokumentmi v\u00fdtvarn\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t. Pr\u00e1ve v&nbsp;tomto obdob\u00ed sa akt\u00edvne venoval fotografickej dokument\u00e1cii \u017eivota dedinsk\u00e9ho \u013eudu na Slovensku (Slivka 1985, s. 17).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;tom istom roku, v&nbsp;decembri 1895, vznikol v&nbsp;Bratislave \u017eensk\u00fd v\u00fd\u0161ivk\u00e1rsky spolok Izabella. \u00dalohou spolku bolo podporova\u0165 a&nbsp;propagova\u0165 dom\u00e1ci v\u00fd\u0161ivk\u00e1rsku tvorbu a&nbsp;zachova\u0165 n\u00e1rodn\u00fd charakter v\u00fd\u0161ivky. Na prelome 19. a&nbsp;20. storo\u010dia bol spolok najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou organiz\u00e1ciou svojho druhu v Eur\u00f3pe. Hlavn\u00fdmi predstavite\u013ekami spolku Izabella bola jeho patr\u00f3nka a&nbsp;propag\u00e1torka princezn\u00e1 Isabella Habsbursk\u00e1, \u010dlenka rak\u00fasko-uhorskej cis\u00e1rskej rodiny, a&nbsp;mimoriadne kreat\u00edvna a&nbsp;zru\u010dn\u00e1 vy\u0161\u00edva\u010dka a&nbsp;n\u00e1vrh\u00e1rka M\u00e1ria Holl\u00f3sy (1858 \u2013 1945) (Hal\u00e1szov\u00e1 2017).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1ria Holl\u00f3sy poch\u00e1dzala zo z\u00e1mo\u017enej\u0161ej zemianskej rodiny (Hust\u00e1 2001). Bola od mlad\u00fdch rokov talentovanou a zru\u010dnou vy\u0161\u00edva\u010dkou. Po rozchodu so svojou rodinou bola n\u00faten\u00e1 si n\u00e1js\u0165 pr\u00e1cu a&nbsp;sama sa postara\u0165 o vlastn\u00e9&nbsp;\u017eivobytie. Na\u0161la si pr\u00e1cu ako po\u0161tmajsterka v&nbsp;Kri\u017eovanoch nad Dudv\u00e1hom (vtedy Kereszt\u00far). Na po\u0161te, kde pracovala, si vystavila vlastnoru\u010dne zhotoven\u00e9 krojovan\u00e9 b\u00e1biky, oble\u010den\u00e9 do kri\u017eovansk\u00e9ho kroja. Tam si ich v\u0161imla gr\u00f3fka Charlota Zichy, dvorn\u00e1 d\u00e1ma Al\u017ebety Bavorskej (Sissi). Gr\u00f3fka Zichy bola nad\u0161en\u00e1 takou v\u00fdnimo\u010dnou pr\u00e1cou a&nbsp;b\u00e1biky si od M\u00e1rie vyp\u00fdtala. B\u00e1biky poslala Sissi, ktor\u00e1 zariadila, aby boli vystaven\u00e9 na v\u00fdstave v&nbsp;Pe\u0161ti, tam si ich v\u0161imol minister obchodu gr\u00f3f Baro\u0161. Na z\u00e1klade ich \u00faspechu bol uhorskou vl\u00e1dou schv\u00e1len\u00fd n\u00e1vrh na zriadenie v\u00fd\u0161ivk\u00e1rskej \u0161koly pod veden\u00edm M\u00e1rie Holl\u00f3sy. Holl\u00f3sy priniesla zo sebou obsiahly vzorn\u00edk s&nbsp;bohatou typol\u00f3giou r\u00f4znych druhov v\u00fd\u0161iviek (Hust\u00e1 2001). Vy\u0161\u00edva\u010dsk\u00e9 \u0161koly fungovali v&nbsp;nieko\u013ek\u00fdch mest\u00e1ch, najzn\u00e1mej\u0161ie boli v&nbsp;C\u00edferi, Lopa\u0161ove, Papradne, Zavare a&nbsp;Dubnici nad V\u00e1hom. Etnograf Pavol Soch\u00e1\u0148 \u010dasto nav\u0161tevoval c\u00edferskou \u0161kolu&nbsp; a&nbsp;sledoval v\u00fdvoj \u010dinnosti spolku (Szab\u00f3ov\u00e1 2018). Vo ve\u013ekom zichyovskom ka\u0161tieli v&nbsp;C\u00edferi \u0161kola fungovala a\u017e do roku 1919, kedy jej dielne pre\u0161li pod spr\u00e1vu v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho dru\u017estva Detva&nbsp; (Hust\u00e1 2001). Nejv\u00fdznamenj\u0161ia \u010dinnos\u0165 spolku Izabella v\u0161ak zanikla, v\u00fdu\u010dba, ktor\u00e1 zabezpe\u010dovala vysok\u00fa kvalitu v\u00fd\u0161iviek (Szab\u00f3ov\u00e1 2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"249\" src=\"https:\/\/zaverecne-prace.ucimesaweby.sk\/steinbach\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/35_cb7-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-227\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zaverecne-prace.ucimesaweby.sk\/steinbach\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/35_cb7-1.jpg 250w, https:\/\/zaverecne-prace.ucimesaweby.sk\/steinbach\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/35_cb7-1-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><figcaption>M\u00e1ria Holl\u00f3sy (Hust\u00e1 2001)<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zakladaj\u00facimi \u010dlenkami spolku boli zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a \u0161\u013eachti\u010dn\u00e9 a&nbsp;bohat\u00e9 bratislavsk\u00e9 me\u0161tianky, z&nbsp;ktor\u00fdch sa volila osem\u010dlenn\u00e1 v\u00fdberov\u00e1 komisia. Komisia vyberala z odevn\u00fdch modelov a v\u00fd\u0161iviek najlep\u0161ie n\u00e1vrhy, dohliadala na kvalitu prevedenia a&nbsp;pou\u017eit\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu. V&nbsp;r\u00e9\u017eii spolku sa vy\u0161\u00edvali hlavne \u017eensk\u00e9 a&nbsp;detsk\u00e9 odevy, odevn\u00e9 doplnky a&nbsp;bytov\u00e9 text\u00edlie (Hal\u00e1szov\u00e1 2017). Isabella Habsbursk\u00e1 akt\u00edvne propagovala vy\u0161\u00edvan\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky v&nbsp;sal\u00f3noch najvzne\u0161enej\u0161\u00edch eur\u00f3pskych rod\u00edn a&nbsp;z\u00edskavala pre spolok ve\u013emi lukrat\u00edvne z\u00e1kazky (Hust\u00e1 2001). Postupne vznikali aj obchody s&nbsp;v\u00fd\u0161ivkami v&nbsp;r\u00e9\u017eii spolku Izabella, v&nbsp;Tren\u010dianskych Tepliciach, Bratislave, Starom Smokovci, Pie\u0161\u0165anoch, Viedni, Budape\u0161ti, Mari\u00e1nskych L\u00e1z\u0148ach, chorv\u00e1tskej Opatiji, talianskom Merane a&nbsp;v&nbsp;Lond\u00fdne (Szab\u00f3ov\u00e1 2018). V\u00fd\u0161ivky spolku sa prezentovali na r\u00f4znych v\u00fdstav\u00e1ch, mnohokr\u00e1t z\u00edskavali ocenenia. Zalo\u017een\u00edm \u00dastredia \u013eudovej umeleckej tvorby (\u00da\u013dUV) v&nbsp;roku 1954 sa ot\u00e1zka zachovania a&nbsp;rozvoja \u013eudovej umeleckej v\u00fdroby a&nbsp;samozrejme i&nbsp;v\u00fd\u0161ivky dostala do popredia. Kolekt\u00edv odborn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov a v\u00fdtvarn\u00edkov v\u00fdrazne podporil zachovanie tradi\u010dn\u00fdm techn\u00edk aj v&nbsp;nasleduj\u00facich rokoch, systematicky sa podie\u013eal na v\u00fdskume \u013eudovej kult\u00fary, venoval sa n\u00e1vrh\u00e1rskej tvorbe a dokument\u00e1cii (Chlupov\u00e1 1985, s.8) a&nbsp;st\u00e1le akt\u00edvne spolupracuje s&nbsp;\u013eudov\u00fdmi remeseln\u00edkmi na celom Slovensku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery V&nbsp;niektor\u00fdch menej ekonomicky rozvinut\u00fdch oblastiach sa vy\u0161\u00edvalo m\u00e1lo (Kysuce, Orava)(Chlupov\u00e1 1985, s.7). V\u00fdvoj \u013eudovej v\u00fd\u0161ivky vyvrcholil v&nbsp;druhej polovici 19. storo\u010dia a&nbsp;na za\u010diatku 20. storo\u010dia. Technologick\u00e1 a&nbsp;ornament\u00e1lna str\u00e1nka sa najviac rozvinula na z\u00e1padnom Slovensku (okolie Bratislavy, Trnavy, Pie\u0161\u0165an). R\u00fdchlo sa uplatnili tov\u00e1rensk\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, ktor\u00e9 pomohli vzniku bohatej a&nbsp;n\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161ej v\u00fd\u0161ivky, dominovala tu predov\u0161etk\u00fdm v\u00fd\u0161ivka pod\u013ea predkreslen\u00e9ho vzoru (Chlupov\u00e1 1985, s.7). Jednoduch\u00e9 techniky vy\u0161\u00edvania, napr\u00edklad pod\u013ea po\u010d\u00edtan\u00fdch nit\u00ed, ovl\u00e1dali takmer v\u0161etky \u017eeny a diev\u010dat\u00e1 v&nbsp;dedine. V\u00fd\u0161ivka pod\u013ea predkreslen\u00e9ho vzoru v\u0161ak vy\u017eadovala v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu presnos\u0165, zru\u010dnos\u0165 a&nbsp;kresliarsky talent. Jednotliv\u00e9 \u00fakony sa rozde\u013eovali medzi viacero tvorcov. Kresliarky (vypisova\u010dky) predkres\u013eovali vzory na l\u00e1tku, vy\u0161\u00edva\u010dky ovl\u00e1dali zlo\u017eitej\u0161ie techniky (dierky, gatry, aplik\u00e1cie na tyle, v\u00fd\u0161ivku na kart\u00f3n, \u017eilinsk\u00fd v\u00fdrez). Pre zru\u010dn\u00e9 \u017eeny sa tak v\u00fd\u0161ivka stala zdrojom z\u00e1robku. Postupne sa z&nbsp;nich stali uzn\u00e1van\u00e9 \u013eudov\u00e9 umelkyne. Ich z\u00e1sluhou sa roz\u0161irovali p\u00f4vodn\u00e9 vzory o&nbsp;nov\u00e9 vari\u00e1cie, av\u0161ak v\u017edy v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci oblastn\u00fdch z\u00e1sad (Chlupov\u00e1 1985, s.7). Vy\u0161\u00edvali sa tie \u010dasti odevu, ktor\u00e9 neboli zakryt\u00e9 inou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou. V\u00fd\u0161ivky sa pou\u017e\u00edvali len na sviato\u010dn\u00e9 a&nbsp;obradov\u00e9 odevy. Bohat\u0161ie vrstvy obyvate\u013estva kl\u00e1dli vy\u0161\u0161ie n\u00e1roky na ozdoby odevu, preto sa pre nich vy\u0161\u00edvalo hodv\u00e1bnymi priadzami na jemn\u00fd podklad. Taktie\u017e zlat\u00fdmi a&nbsp;strieborn\u00fdmi kovov\u00fdmi ni\u0165ami sa vy\u0161\u00edvali iba sviato\u010dn\u00e9,&nbsp;obradov\u00e9 a liturgick\u00e9 odevy (Chlupov\u00e1 1985, s.10). V&nbsp;druhej polovici 19. storo\u010dia sa o&nbsp;v\u00fd\u0161ivku zauj\u00edmali pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edci slovenskej inteligencie, ich z\u00e1sluhou sa zachovalo mno\u017estvo hodnotn\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0161iviek a dokumentov o&nbsp;nich. V\u00fdznamnou udalos\u0165ou, ktor\u00fa mnoh\u00ed pova\u017euj\u00fa za historick\u00fd medzn\u00edk v&nbsp;dejin\u00e1ch slovensk\u00e9ho n\u00e1rodopisu, bola v\u00fdstava v\u00fd\u0161iviek a&nbsp;\u013eudov\u00e9ho v\u00fdtvarn\u00e9ho prejavu v&nbsp;roku 1887 v&nbsp;dome V.Paulinyho-T\u00f3tha v&nbsp;Martine (Chlupov\u00e1 1985, s.8). Na jej organiz\u00e1cii a&nbsp;pr\u00edprave spolupracoval so spolkom \u017divena slovensk\u00fd etnograf, publicista, fotograf a&nbsp;maliar Pavol Soch\u00e1\u0148 (1862 \u2013 1941). Jeho zbierka bola hlavnou atrakciou v\u00fdstavy (Slivka 1985, s. 10). Po v\u00fdstave v\u00fd\u0161iviek v&nbsp;Martine \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi ve\u013ek\u00fdm \u00faspechom bola \u00fa\u010das\u0165 slovenskej v\u00fd\u0161ivky na N\u00e1rodopisnej v\u00fdstave \u010deskoslovenskej v&nbsp;Prahe v&nbsp;roku 1895 (Chlupov\u00e1 1985, s.8). Pavol Soch\u00e1\u0148 zohral ve\u013emi v\u00fdznamnou \u00falohu v&nbsp;uchovan\u00ed a&nbsp;propag\u00e1cii \u013eudov\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0161iviek, \u010dipiek a krojov na Slovensku aj v&nbsp;zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Prirodzen\u00e9 organiz\u00e1torsk\u00e9 a obchodn\u00e9 schopnosti vyu\u017e\u00edval v&nbsp;ka\u017edej etape svojho \u017eivota. U\u017e ako mlad\u00fd \u0161tudent sa venoval zberate\u013eskej a n\u00e1rodopisnej pr\u00e1ci.&nbsp; V&nbsp;roku 1891 sa pres\u0165ahoval do Martina, vtedaj\u0161ieho centra n\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Tu sa dve desa\u0165ro\u010dia venoval \u010dinnostiam v&nbsp;oblasti fotografie, n\u00e1rodopisu, dramatickej spisby, redaktorskej, publicistickej i&nbsp;kult\u00farno-osvetovej pr\u00e1ce (Slivka 1985, s. 11). Po \u00faspechu s&nbsp;v\u00fdstavou v Martine a&nbsp;jasn\u00e9mu z\u00e1ujmu verejnosti o&nbsp;v\u00fd\u0161ivku a&nbsp;\u010dipku prijal P. Soch\u00e1\u0148&nbsp; funkciu organiza\u010dno-obchodn\u00e9ho sprostredkovate\u013ea medzi dedinsk\u00fdmi vy\u0161\u00edva\u010dkami a&nbsp;z\u00e1ujemcami o&nbsp;ich v\u00fdrobky. Slovensk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ivky a&nbsp;\u010dipky pon\u00fakal v&nbsp;m\u00f3dnych \u010dasopisoch a&nbsp;sal\u00f3noch vo viacer\u00fdch eur\u00f3pskych mest\u00e1ch. \u201eMor\u00e1lnu oporu nach\u00e1dzal v&nbsp;kruhu v\u00fdtvarn\u00edkov, ke\u010f sa na podnet Umeleckej besedy v&nbsp;roku 1888 ustanovil V\u00fdbor pre \u0161\u00edrenie n\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho vy\u0161\u00edvania\u201c (Slivka 1985, s.16). Pavol Soch\u00e1\u0148 akt\u00edvne spolupracoval s&nbsp;Maticou slovenskou, pom\u00e1hal aj pri zrode Muze\u00e1lnej slovenskej spolo\u010dnosti v&nbsp;roku 1893. V&nbsp;roku 1912, z&nbsp;d\u00f4vodu politick\u00e9ho prenasledovania vl\u00e1dnucich kruhov a&nbsp;obvinenia z panslavizmu, opustil s rodinou Martin a&nbsp;pres\u0165ahoval sa do Prahy. Po vypuknut\u00ed Prvej svetovej vojny utiekol pred v\u00e4zen\u00edm do USA. Po osloboden\u00ed vlasti v&nbsp;roku 1919 sa vr\u00e1til na Slovensko a&nbsp;pokra\u010doval v&nbsp;organiz\u00e1torskej a&nbsp;redaktorskej \u010dinnosti (Slivka 1985, s.12). V&nbsp;rokoch 1892 \u2013 1912 vydal Pavol Soch\u00e1\u0148 Slovensk\u00e9 n\u00e1rodn\u00e9 ornamenty, osem zv\u00e4zkov so 40 fotografiami, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa cenn\u00fdmi dokumentmi v\u00fdtvarn\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t. Pr\u00e1ve v&nbsp;tomto obdob\u00ed sa akt\u00edvne venoval fotografickej dokument\u00e1cii \u017eivota dedinsk\u00e9ho \u013eudu na Slovensku (Slivka 1985, s. 17). V&nbsp;tom istom roku, v&nbsp;decembri 1895, vznikol v&nbsp;Bratislave \u017eensk\u00fd v\u00fd\u0161ivk\u00e1rsky spolok Izabella. \u00dalohou spolku bolo podporova\u0165 a&nbsp;propagova\u0165 dom\u00e1ci v\u00fd\u0161ivk\u00e1rsku tvorbu a&nbsp;zachova\u0165 n\u00e1rodn\u00fd charakter v\u00fd\u0161ivky. Na prelome 19. a&nbsp;20. storo\u010dia bol spolok najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou organiz\u00e1ciou svojho druhu v Eur\u00f3pe. Hlavn\u00fdmi predstavite\u013ekami spolku Izabella bola jeho patr\u00f3nka a&nbsp;propag\u00e1torka princezn\u00e1 Isabella Habsbursk\u00e1, \u010dlenka rak\u00fasko-uhorskej cis\u00e1rskej rodiny, a&nbsp;mimoriadne kreat\u00edvna a&nbsp;zru\u010dn\u00e1 vy\u0161\u00edva\u010dka a&nbsp;n\u00e1vrh\u00e1rka M\u00e1ria Holl\u00f3sy (1858 \u2013 1945) (Hal\u00e1szov\u00e1 2017). M\u00e1ria Holl\u00f3sy poch\u00e1dzala zo z\u00e1mo\u017enej\u0161ej zemianskej rodiny (Hust\u00e1 2001). Bola od mlad\u00fdch rokov talentovanou a zru\u010dnou vy\u0161\u00edva\u010dkou. Po rozchodu so svojou rodinou bola n\u00faten\u00e1 si n\u00e1js\u0165 pr\u00e1cu a&nbsp;sama sa postara\u0165 o vlastn\u00e9&nbsp;\u017eivobytie. Na\u0161la si pr\u00e1cu ako po\u0161tmajsterka v&nbsp;Kri\u017eovanoch nad Dudv\u00e1hom (vtedy Kereszt\u00far). Na po\u0161te, kde pracovala, si vystavila vlastnoru\u010dne zhotoven\u00e9 krojovan\u00e9 b\u00e1biky, oble\u010den\u00e9 do kri\u017eovansk\u00e9ho kroja. Tam si ich v\u0161imla gr\u00f3fka Charlota Zichy, dvorn\u00e1 d\u00e1ma Al\u017ebety Bavorskej (Sissi). Gr\u00f3fka Zichy bola nad\u0161en\u00e1 takou v\u00fdnimo\u010dnou pr\u00e1cou a&nbsp;b\u00e1biky si od M\u00e1rie vyp\u00fdtala. B\u00e1biky poslala Sissi, ktor\u00e1 zariadila, aby boli vystaven\u00e9 na v\u00fdstave v&nbsp;Pe\u0161ti, tam si ich v\u0161imol minister obchodu gr\u00f3f Baro\u0161. Na z\u00e1klade ich \u00faspechu bol uhorskou vl\u00e1dou schv\u00e1len\u00fd n\u00e1vrh na zriadenie v\u00fd\u0161ivk\u00e1rskej \u0161koly pod veden\u00edm M\u00e1rie Holl\u00f3sy. Holl\u00f3sy priniesla zo sebou obsiahly vzorn\u00edk s&nbsp;bohatou typol\u00f3giou r\u00f4znych druhov v\u00fd\u0161iviek (Hust\u00e1 2001). Vy\u0161\u00edva\u010dsk\u00e9 \u0161koly fungovali v&nbsp;nieko\u013ek\u00fdch mest\u00e1ch, najzn\u00e1mej\u0161ie boli v&nbsp;C\u00edferi, Lopa\u0161ove, Papradne, Zavare a&nbsp;Dubnici nad V\u00e1hom. Etnograf Pavol Soch\u00e1\u0148 \u010dasto nav\u0161tevoval c\u00edferskou \u0161kolu&nbsp; a&nbsp;sledoval v\u00fdvoj \u010dinnosti spolku (Szab\u00f3ov\u00e1 2018). Vo ve\u013ekom zichyovskom ka\u0161tieli v&nbsp;C\u00edferi \u0161kola fungovala a\u017e do roku 1919, kedy jej dielne pre\u0161li pod spr\u00e1vu v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho dru\u017estva Detva&nbsp; (Hust\u00e1 2001). Nejv\u00fdznamenj\u0161ia \u010dinnos\u0165 spolku Izabella v\u0161ak zanikla, v\u00fdu\u010dba, ktor\u00e1 zabezpe\u010dovala vysok\u00fa kvalitu v\u00fd\u0161iviek (Szab\u00f3ov\u00e1 2018). Zakladaj\u00facimi \u010dlenkami spolku boli zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a \u0161\u013eachti\u010dn\u00e9 a&nbsp;bohat\u00e9 bratislavsk\u00e9 me\u0161tianky, z&nbsp;ktor\u00fdch sa volila osem\u010dlenn\u00e1 v\u00fdberov\u00e1 komisia. Komisia vyberala z odevn\u00fdch modelov a v\u00fd\u0161iviek najlep\u0161ie n\u00e1vrhy, dohliadala na kvalitu prevedenia a&nbsp;pou\u017eit\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu. V&nbsp;r\u00e9\u017eii spolku sa vy\u0161\u00edvali hlavne \u017eensk\u00e9 a&nbsp;detsk\u00e9 odevy, odevn\u00e9 doplnky a&nbsp;bytov\u00e9 text\u00edlie (Hal\u00e1szov\u00e1 2017). Isabella Habsbursk\u00e1 akt\u00edvne propagovala vy\u0161\u00edvan\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky v&nbsp;sal\u00f3noch najvzne\u0161enej\u0161\u00edch eur\u00f3pskych rod\u00edn a&nbsp;z\u00edskavala pre spolok ve\u013emi lukrat\u00edvne z\u00e1kazky (Hust\u00e1 2001). V&nbsp;rokoch 1910 \u2013 1951 prev\u00e1dzkoval \u017eensk\u00fd spolok \u017divena vlastn\u00fd predaj \u013eudovej v\u00fd\u0161ivky prostredn\u00edctvom spolo\u010dnosti Lipa (Chlupov\u00e1 1985, s.8) Pod vplyvom obchodnej \u010dinnosti sa \u013eudov\u00e1 umeleck\u00e1 tvorba menila pod\u013ea aktu\u00e1lneho m\u00f3dneho smeru. Zalo\u017een\u00edm \u00dastredia \u013eudovej umeleckej tvorby (\u00da\u013dUV) v&nbsp;roku 1954 sa ot\u00e1zka zachovania a&nbsp;rozvoja \u013eudovej umeleckej v\u00fdroby a&nbsp;samozrejme i&nbsp;v\u00fd\u0161ivky dostala do popredia. Kolekt\u00edv odborn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov a v\u00fdtvarn\u00edkov v\u00fdrazne podporil zachovanie tradi\u010dn\u00fdm techn\u00edk aj v&nbsp;nasleduj\u00facich rokoch, systematicky sa podie\u013eal na v\u00fdskume \u013eudovej kult\u00fary, venoval sa n\u00e1vrh\u00e1rskej tvorbe a dokument\u00e1cii (Chlupov\u00e1 1985, s.8) a&nbsp;st\u00e1le akt\u00edvne spolupracuje s&nbsp;\u013eudov\u00fdmi remeseln\u00edkmi na celom Slovensku.
